How Did Economists Get It So Wrong?

My mom just sent me this article that appeared in Sunday's New York Times Magazine. Although I'm still wary of Keynesian economics, I think Krugman makes a lot of good points. He also does an excellent job of summarizing 100 years of economic theory.

Quick and Delicious

Although I enjoy eating well, I have never had the patience good cooking requires. Thus, in an attempt to remedy this issue, I have begun to scour epicurious.com for recipes that contain less than 5 ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to prepare.

At 3 ingredients (not including oil or pepper) this 20 minute recipe is the best I've found so far.
